CONGRATS to all the WoW! Boot Camper’s (and family & friends!) that participated in today’s Free to Breathe 5K ! It was inspiring to see so many of you up and ready to run on this chilly morning! A big shout out to Team Joe’s that raised over $1200 for this heartfelt cause!

We worked hard at boot camp and on our weekly training runs. Our base was solid so we arrived confident!
Turkey Buster Boot Camp was fun – 100 collective minds & bodies burnin’ it up! Apologies to the 5:30am Athens Academy class for not having your picture! Your hard work did not go unnoticed!
